- What Data You Can Request to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information that NGU Media holds about you, subject to legal, accounting, tax, contract, security, and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
This may include:
Name
Email address
Phone number
WhatsApp number
Business name
Inquiry details
Message history
Lead qualification details
Service interest
Budget range
Timeline
Website or project details
Uploaded files, where applicable
Booking or consultation information
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp inquiry data connected to your communication with NGU Media
- How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email:

Use the subject line:
Data Deletion Request
In your message, include:
Your full name
Your email address
Your phone number or WhatsApp number
The platform you contacted us on, such as website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger
A short description of the data you want deleted
Example:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Hello NGU Media,
I would like to request deletion of my personal information. I contacted NGU Media through WhatsApp using the number [insert number]. Please delete the information connected to my inquiry where possible.
Thank you.
- Identity Verification
For security reasons, NGU Media may need to verify your identity before deleting information.
We may ask you to confirm:
The phone number used to contact us
The email address used to contact us
The business name connected to the inquiry
The platform where the inquiry was submitted
We do this to make sure personal information is not deleted or accessed by someone who is not authorized.
- Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp Data
If you contacted NGU Media through a Meta platform, such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, you can request deletion of information we hold from that interaction by emailing us at:

You may also remove app or platform access directly through your Facebook or Meta account settings where applicable.
General steps may include:
Go to your Facebook account
Open Settings and Privacy
Go to Settings
Open Apps and Websites
Find the relevant app or business connection
Remove access where applicable
Removing access from Meta may stop future data sharing, but you should still email NGU Media if you want us to delete information we already hold.
- What Happens After You Submit a Request
After receiving your request, NGU Media will review it and may contact you to verify your identity.
Once verified, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize eligible personal information from our active systems.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Information We May Need to Keep
Some information may not be deleted immediately if we are required or permitted to keep it for legitimate reasons.
This may include information needed for:
Invoices and payment records
Tax and accounting obligations
Contracts and agreements
Fraud prevention
Security records
Legal compliance
Dispute resolution
Business recordkeeping

- Digital Products and Client Projects
If you purchased a digital product, booked a service, or became a client, NGU Media may need to keep certain transaction, invoice, agreement, project, or support records.
This does not prevent you from requesting deletion of other personal information that is no longer needed.
- Third-Party Platforms
Some of your information may also be stored or processed by third-party platforms used by NGU Media, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM tools, AI tools, or project management systems.
Where possible and appropriate, NGU Media may also take reasonable steps to remove or request removal of your information from connected tools.
However, third-party platforms may have their own retention rules, privacy policies, and deletion processes.
